Pissed Consumer has been great in the past but unfortunately my current issue is yet to be resolved as the phone number is incorrect.
Complaint about Bankstown store
- - Bankstown Store has many dead and dying plants.
- - I spoke to the Manager; she seemed to dismiss the complaint.
- - I am disappointed by staff neglect.
On numerous occasions I have visited the Bankstown Store to find more plants dead and dying than living. I have approached the Manager because of the state of the store and spoke to her face to face.
She didn't seem to care about my complaint. I believe if something needs care look after it and do your job.
There are many people that would absolutely love to work in your stores and do the right thing as they should. I am extremely disappointed in the staff and neglect in this store.

when you purchase something money comes out of your account immediately but when you get a refund can take up to a week. This is total *** *** Asked staff how long does it take to get a refund and all have different answers.

Terrible quality products

There's something absolutely wrong with all the products that I have purchased from all Bunnings stores!
Their products for example, drill bits don't last for a second use, all their bolts and screws seem to be total trash as if they are made specially for the Bunnings stores Australia wide, there really isnt much that I havent bought from there that isn't total low grade rubbish, their products almost seem to be made especially for a very, very one off use!
Sitting here writing this review and thinking to myself this all sounds a bit of a drama and that it could be just the way Im using the products ? Then I I say to myself just get back to doing what you were doing before you decided to really waste 10 minutes writing this, and like a kick in the balls Im reminded that I really cant because the drills and bolts I had purchased are all totally destroyed being that there low grade total and utter trash all made probably in china without any form of standards.

- - Staff accused me of not paying despite two items and two receipts.
- - The manager did not respond with concern when contacted.
Stopped by young staff member who was not fully with it, accused me of not paying for products. I had two products in my hand and clearly two receipts, yet he could not comprehend that.
So basically accused of stealing and when he realized I had the receipts he never apologized.
Contacted manager when I got home and he really could not care less.
Another typical big business with the morals of rat
