Very poor customer service, staff need a lesson in service

Stopped by young staff member who was not fully with it, accused me of not paying for products. I had two products in my hand and clearly two receipts, yet he could not comprehend that. So basically accused of stealing and when he realized I had the receipts he never apologized. Contacted manager when I got home and he really could not care less. Another typical big business with the morals of rat
