Liar doesn't follow through

I've made an purchase with her in March been contacting her every day or every other day every week about my order. My last contact from her and whomever she has running the account stated they were behind but I would receive my order by mothers day which I knew was lie. I'm stating waiting on a tracking number haven't recieved nothing regarding my order. The thing I don't get why are you still having sale every week when you can't keep up with the orders you had from a sale months and months ago. At this point she's being greedy just taking people money with no tracking number or orders. Please be aware before making a purchase. She provides all these different contact numbers and her zelle is under someone else name that shouldve been a red flag for me when I ordered.
