They have bad customer service all around. You go into the store and want to ask a question about services, BAD Attitude off the get go. It is hard to speak to someone with attitude. I was always told even if having a bad day, always smile and be pleasant with customer....

twice this year I have received bills in excess of $400 for the month, for international charges where I used WhatsApp, somehow it translated to calling direct, BS if you asked me they know what they are doing, how is it that when you FT and you hit it on your last call it goes to FT and not a regular call, this is totally predatory on their part
