My internet and cable go out every nite in the middle of the night. You will never get some one to actualy help you at Xfinity (ESPECIALLY someone that speaks English)..
They will Reset your system after they waste an hour of your time and never address the issue. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!

Do not sign up with this company. We have had nothing but problems from the very beginning. TV freezes, Skips, Recordings freeze and jump and sometimes don't even record. There was suppose to be a capability to rewind any show with in 24 hours that was never available...

We never had slow WiFi issues with Midco. Speed tests with Vast show anywhere from 26 to 40 mbs depending on where we are standing in the house.
(100 mbs plan) Not good. Of course, they want to sell us a boost at $7.00/month. Really? Vast Cable has a clunky box and a picky remote.
So, options are: 1) dump Vast and pay more at Midco. 2) Go with Midco for internet and try an antenna for the basic local TV channels. In their favor, all employees have been responsive, professional and congenial. Alas, in terms of the product you get what you pay for.
