This month I cancelled my Centurylink service of many years!!1 I have called and requested a lower monthly bill and informed them of my Super SLOW internet!!1 So as soon as I cancelled they have called me SIX times including Sat. Wanting to know WHY I cancelled, I informed them SIX time's !!!
And even wanted to know what company I was with and how much I was PAYING!!! I informed Centurylink it was none of their DAMN business and if i was such a Valued customer, then why didn't they value me when I WAS their customer!!! I am WITH WAVE!!!!!!
FAST internet!!!!!! Better TV picture and a lot less monthly bill!!!!!!!!!!!
Spectrum - You can't downgrade

Long story short, of course after the promotion deal. I paying $250 from $71.
called to cancel phone and cable. hour and a half of let me transfer you to this department 9 different reps none of which could downgrade my service only upgrade. finally I get the supervisor, name, address, last four of s.s. for the 9th time.
She informs me that the system is down and she unable to complete the request. it took 3 months to get the service downgraded. And they shut down the internet which took hours to resolve.
Just playing games. They won't tell you about a choice package @ $21.95

I have had spectrum for a few years, I didn't need a phone nor do I use it now, but in order to get the deal price I had to include it. Now my bill is over $200 a month and I don't use the phone service The rep was no help whatsoever!

MY bill has gone up for the last 4 months! I am getting basic cable and the charge was supposed to be around $80.00 with internet, phone and TV bundle.
That is what my sister, who just signed up, pays, where I started out.
I guess now I am penalized for being a long time customer, because I am being charged $148.00 for the exact same service! I am looking to get out of your racket and your lousy service!!!!
