DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Terrible customer service and incompetent staff!!!

I purchased an Angie's List service deal for $90 specifically for Scorpion extermination. The COMPANY MISTAKENLY sent out a regular exterminator. To no surprise, I was still seeing scorpions. After missing work on 2 separate occasions, they finally got it right and sent the scorpion truck with night-time treatment and different spray.

I was told the deal came with free re-spray within 60 days. When I called back for the re-spray they said the 60 days dated back to the INITIAL appointment date (the one they scheduled with the wrong service), and NOT the date the company FINALLY sent the correct technician.
