Delivery
I never received my delivery when it was due I have my orders on automatic delivery every month this is the 3rd time Ive had to spend more money at store to buy them food because your delivery hasnt arrived and Im a loyal customer since about 2 yrs ago and Im highly upset that I spend so much money every month and you cant be consistent with your deliveries

Delivery
Ive been waiting for food since 1/4/24 Ive had to buy food at pet store now my dogs have diarrhea due to the garbage food they sell in stores . Im a loyal customer and this is the 3 rd time I dont get my delivery on time

Refund
I want a full refund Im switching companies Im highly upset that your not consistent with your deliveries and this is not the first time my delivery is late and my dogs go hungry and I have to go outta my way to go spend unnecessary money on food

Delivery issues
My delivery was shipped to wrong address.. instead of an instant reship to the correct address or giving me a refund I get the run around. I cancelled my subscription n I will be informing my friends n associates on social media about your companys lack of customer service skills.

Coupon for dog food
I call this morning for a coupon to order my dog food. I was very please.
The customer service lady was very accommodating. I had problems two weeks ago and order puppy food and never received it but you were gracious to send me out another bag. I dont wont the post office to deliver my dog food.
