Terrible customer service! Damaged product
- - Arrived with a damaged sizing tool; size can't be adjusted.

Dont buy from them!
Bought an Apple metal watch band. Arrived with a damaged sizing tool so I cant adjust the size.
Wrote to customer service- no response. Called but they say they are busy and hang up.
The return process requires the customer to pay. I dont think a customer should pay for returning a damaged product and Bullstrap failure to respond to complaints.

Leather is falling off and gummy

Preferred solution: A new case or a refund

I ordered a phone case many of them over the years and they act like I’m stupid. If someone would call me back I could get this handled
