Purchased my Bullfrog hot tub and on delivery they brought the wrong color hot tub. Their solution was to take all the panels off the showroom floor model, and replace with mine.

Pretty sure this would classify as a used product, but that's another review. They were told not to show up unless someone was home but failed to follow directions. When we got home, we noticed 3 of the panels were damaged and needed replaced. Called and sent emails to Aqua Spas & Pools to have them order the damaged panels, with no luck and no updates on the arrival of panels.

Went by the store and advised them of the urgency of getting these panels replaced, and once again no call back and no panels. I have left 3 phones messages and 1 email to Bullfrog customer service and no calls back to resolve my warranty issues.

This could have been resolved in a simple 3-minute phone call, and now it has been over a year of waiting for something to happen. Knowing what I know now, I would have never ordered and purchased this hot tub.

Heater and motherboard *** out, waiting for the new parts to be installed. So basically, I havent been able to use my hot tub for one month and Im still waiting.

Bullfrog Spas - Two Leaks in NEW Spa

I purchased my hot tub in June of 2022..it has been less than 8 months and Im on my second major leak. I called for repair and repair man said its deep and will need to be replaced Or factory repaired.

Its been a week and Ive heard nothing.

Great Escape said they cant do anything to help, and Ive had No return phone calls, nothing to get this resolved. The first leak I had to threaten to stand outside Great Escape with pictures before I could get anyone to help.

Hot tub has been down all year. They come out to repair put it back together and leave.

We fill the tub with water and all leaks out.

Repair person hasnt completed or check it over before he leaves to make sure he has put back and tightened everything up. After that they what to reschedule a day to come out to finish there below average work instead of coming out to finish what they havent fixed in the first place.

Preferred solution: Someone to get out and repair it and leave with it working and not create another problem. I WOULD JUST LIKE TO USE THE HOT TUB!!!!!
