Can not cancel

I am totally confused! I wanted to purchase Bulldog Blocker.
I thought I was getting it for bglightner@***.com @ the yearly charge but as I proceeded through the purchase it shows up as bglightner61@***.com which is an account I do not use. I tried to cancel it per your instructions. When I go to Google play it says I have no subscription for either account. HOW DO I CANCEL?
As of now even though it says I have a 7 day free trial nothing is blocked on either account. HOW DO I GET THIS CANCELLED? I WANT IT CANCELLED!!!
I have no intention of paying for something I do not have or for protection I did not get. I just want to be done with Bulldog Blocker
