love my job finally!
i wish all customers would leave reviews - not just annoyed ones because it unfairly portrays a product a company. In this case, it is a great product and great service.

We had placed our bullbag in a location that was less than perfect to empty and this team was excellent! They figured out a way to empty my bag, prevent damage to my property and save me money in the end.
The customer service is exemplary and the people are so genuinely caring!
If you are going to complain, please look at yourself and how you contributed to the situation before you blame a bunch of good people. It isn't fair to them!

How come people only complain?
This company saved my daughters baby shower. A contractor left the filled bag and forgot to call to get it emptied.
Customer service at this company jumped through hoops to get this emptied for me so that it wasn't in my front yard for her special day!
More people should sing others praises rather than just feel it is ok to complain! This company is great!

I am so tired of everyone only complaining and then lying to spin a tale to support their claim. Frankly, chronic complainers need to be seen through and weeded out.
This site is great for valid complaints - but for those that lie?
Well, this site should be paying attention because this company has turned their service around, hired great customer service people. I have been a customer of theirs for about 6 years now and have seen the not so good and recognize their super improvements and think this site should recognize that too!

They have not responded in anyway.
In January 2023 I had a bullbag pick up and my driveway was damaged. I have been in contact with customer service, Patricia Fraguado and then Michael Tidwell, Operations Director.
Mr.
Tidwell admitted guilt after seeing pictures but after I sent the bill for reimbursement of repairs he has not responded. I have reached out numerous times. I've explained that I am a retired teacher, widowed and on fixed income.
I did not have it in my budget to spend $3000. For a small bag of trash removal.

I have not heard a word from them.
I have been communicating with this company since January 2023.I'm a retired teacher, widow, on fixed income. It is not in my budget to spend $3000. On a small bag of junk remival.
They did not get permission to drive on my driveway to pick up bag and they caused my driveway. After many attempts they have refused to repair it and or reimburse for the damage.

I can't say enough good things about this new team that is being assembled! I am just a homeowner that uses them 2-3 times a year but have worked with them for over a 3 years, and have seen it all.
This new team has been in place for like a year now and they really care, call me back, answer questions and just to put it simple - do what they say they are gonna do. They seem to have really heard what their customers complaints are and have been working hard to fix it all. I don't find many other companies that do that. They have really stepped up their game.
For those who just complain, maybe give kudos where kudos are due!
These guys really deserve it! Keep up the good work bullbag team!

Horrible company
This company horrible when they came to pick up garbage they damaged my building I have it all on video see YouTube links below I also have additional video that have not been uploaded and they take no responsibility I asked for there insurance and owner replied we self insure the acknowledge that they damaged the Facia and Sofit but not taken responsibility for the damage to the siding owner said on the other side of siding had some damage so the new damage he does not have to pay I got 2 quotes for the job this week Im filing the report and going to see attorney for to take company to court for damages and collect attorney and court costs, Im also going to submit a complaint to home depot headquarters regarding this since they sell the bags for this company, one of the contractors working on house on the side told me if I bought materials he would do the job for 1500 after trying to ask the owner Paul Dispazio of Bull Bag for payment he claimed Im trying to extort him, I advise you stay away from this company as they have no respect for your property and will give you run around my mission here is to be compensated for damages to my building and to get them out of Home Depot.

Great people great product great service
I began using them after my local dumpster company charged me $900+ for a 20yd dumpster because of overweight fees. The bullbag is great - it hold like 2+ tons and doesn't have surprise fees surcharges or anything.
What I paid for was what I was quoted on the phone. The gals in the office were professional. the driver was a little interesting - had piercings and a mohawk, but once I got past this, he was courteous, well spoken, and very helpful. (Can't judge a book by its cover obviously.) But, he came out, and we both realized I put the bag in a spot that wasn't ideal due to trees and a fence, but we worked together and got it moved and emptied without too much trouble.
He even went so far to walk around the property and give me other ideas for locations that would be more convenient for my guys to not have to walk so far and still let him pick up the bag.
I gotta say, this bunch is top notch! My only complaint was that it took 3 days to empty.

I was better off renting a regular dumpster.
I called Tues 8/19 to set up a pick up of our Bull Bag. They arranged the pick-up and told me they can't pick it up for a few days.
Fine no rush. I told them I have 4 yrd pickup. I was told they don't accept cash and need a credit card. I called them 8/25 @ 10:30 am to see if we can schedule for next week.
They said ok. This was the also date that they charged my credit card. According to the web site, you pay for the line it's filled up to on the bag. I looked at my bank account on 8/25 and realized they charged me $229 for a 6 yard pick-up plus another $75.
I called them back at 11:40am. The girl I spoke with said that they charge automatically for a 6 yard and credit the account for the difference. She said she was not in the office at that time and would call me back. I called back at 2:40 and was told that she is still not in the office.
I have checks that bounced because they charged more than the amount that it was supposed to be. I called back at 4:00 and got an answering machine. I called them back on 8/27 and was told that they go through their accountant to credit people’s accounts and they only do it 2 times a month. I finally got in touch with someone there who said that the $75 was a mistake and I would be credited.
I called back the week of 9/15 and was told it was in process. As of today I have still not received my credit or a call back.

Bullbag debris removal
Purchased a Bullbag at my local lumber yard , thought this was an easy , economical way to have debris removed from a job site . So they promise to remove bag within 2 days of calling .
So I filled the per instructions , paid by credit card online and I was done . Customer at job site calls and said no one has come to pick up the bullbag after 4 days . First phone call representative informs me truck will be there by the end of the day . 5th day and second phone call , oh , we only have one truck for Long Island and the tranny is down so no we cant pick up .
Now 6 days into this I talk with the owner informs me something will be done and not to worry . Next phone call yet another representative tells me he knows nothing at all about this . The left hand does not know what the right is doing at this company . & days into this and I had enough !
I had to manually load 3 thousand lbs of concrete by myself and dispose of it . Now I want a refund to my account , well here is more trouble . Took over two weeks to get this started . always an excuse .
The owners wife even called me one evening from her home where while trying to put closure to this problem her kids were yelling over the phone and finally caused her to hang up . Very professional this group . I would never use this outfit again and would not recommend it to anyone . There are other companies that offer the same debris removal as them , give the others a try .
Bullbag based out of conn. are not interested in providing professional service .
