I cannot send in my meter readings

I’ve been asked for an update…. Nothing happened, just emails telling me my problem, no solution. I did manage to send my meter readings this time though so perhaps their “maintenance” has been completed

For the past 3 or 4 months I havent been able to to submit a meter reading. I click on the meter reading part and the site just flashes up colours of the different pages, eventually it says sorry, we are carrying out maintenance. This month I get an email saying I have to send it. The last actual reading was when I emailed one. I will give you the readings hoping you can take them from here day rate 65758, night rate 02881.

User's recommendation: If you have trouble sending your meter readings because the site isn’t working, try searching for bulb online. I did eventually get a response a couple of months ago after a few days. Now they are saying I MUST submit a reading. I sent one on one site, just got a thank you from “pissed customer” for joining them, no reply to say they had got my readings. Went on a different site and sent meter readings, this complaint form is all I got back.
