Verified Reviewer |Resolved: They are a spam and scam company financially defrauding me. Buildium should be reported often, by however many are defrauded, to the FFIEC in the US
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. there was no means for their technical support to remove me so we changed my email and name and position within the company to a 3rd party vendor. not the best solution nor what I wanted, but here we are.
Could not remove my account from a other company as their staff. This is not something I take lightly.
Why would I the individual in charge of my own accou t not be able to have say over where it is associated or affiliated with? only the company that added me can?
what if I didn't want them to? How am I supposed to trust a service that would treat me as a second class client?
User's recommendation: report them to the FFIEC
Unauthorized transaction
Someone took money out my account from this merchants and I need it back ASAP and they close today, I need to speak to someone ASAP
