Poorly managed fund. You will not be able to withdraw your money out.
They do not allow investors to redeem their investment. They also do not furnish audited financial information regarding the health of the fund as their operating agreement states.

Agree with commenter. I have been researching into this fund out of concern for close ones.
Every bit of information I find just opens a new can of worms. Nothing seems as described by the funds managers & owners Gary Carver and Richard Sundvall.
