I Cannot Access Builderall

Hello, Some days ago, I contacted Builderall as I cannot login to the system as it just doesn't recognise my email for some reason (This is totally out of the blue). I received an email regarding the ticket saying it had been solved but it hasn't, I still don't have access to the system in any way shape or form. could someone please look into this for me as I'm beginning to lose my patience. I'm paying $87;90 a month for a service I can't get access to. If this can't be solved quickly, I'm afraid I shall have to move my business somewhere more reliable. Oliver Carlton
