- In 2019 I asked to stop my Buildbox subscription, but it continued.
- They canceled the membership and refunded only 2021.
Although I asked Buildbox support in 2019 to stop my subscription, they did not. This month I contacted them again when I saw the charge, sent them a copy of the email from 2019 and asked for a refund for the years or 2019, 2020, and 2021.
They researched the matter and couldn't confirm that they received the 2019 email.
So far, they will only cancel my membership and refund me for 2021.
I cant comment on this product which Ive had since 2017. I lost interest in using it.
