I was never able to speak to a customer service agent. I was sent an email.

I asked why I received a 3 foot cut out when I ordered 6 foot cut out. They responded by saying my image was the wrong size so I asked for what size does the image have to be and they gave me an inconclusive answer also, why wouldnt they have contacted me in the first place to let me know the image was incorrect before going ahead and producing the wrong size, but charging me for the 6 foot size?
