Ignores Emails

Shipped duvet cover, no comforter, told it needed to be restocked and was asked what I wanted to do. Asked for a different color comforter, emails ignored.

Tried to call the number, it was disconnected. Tons of negative reviews for poor customer service online. This company makes no effort to provide a positive experience to consumers.

I have refused delivery of the duvet cover and I will not be doing business with this company again. Buyer beware!

Did not receive pillow but was billed on credit card

Do not answer phone or reply back but billed my credit card . Called 11 times rings then hangs up or goes to busy signal emailed 3 times its been over 15 days no pillow. Contacted credit card company to.

Purchased 2 body pillows by mistake (needed 1 for a Christmas present and had the quantity wrong when I ordered online).

Tried and tried to return the extra item but never got an email response, a text response or a phone response. This is a company that expertly separates a customer from their money and will not support a return. Very disappointing as the product appears to be fairly nice.

Didn't honor my seven day free trial

my hold was never placed instead I got charged the full amount in less than seven days even though they claimed it was a seven day trial and there's no way to get a hold of them via phone number so you have to wait for email and they decide when they get back to you so I had to go through my bank and have it reported as fraud just to get my money back and it was a lot of money for a stupid blanket

Lack of customer svc with a return!

I purchased a pillow and cover on a no-charge trial for seven days. After receiving the pillow, I declared one day later that it wasn't going to work out for me.

I received a single reply, and no one has responded to any of my subsequent emails. Meanwhile, my credit card has been charged.

I advise against shopping here or trusting their trial period without charging your credit card. This company is fraudulent and has terrible customer service.
