Did not receive my package

I did not receive my package it was supposed to be delivered on the 23/03/23 I called yesterday I was told it will be delivered on the 24/03/23 still it was not delivered I stayed at home the whole day waiting for it they did not pitch up and I was supposed to be at work now I can't be absent again at work I need a solution of this situation
