Hello, I have been looking for a way to reach out to someone and this is what I could find. I live in Pennsylvania and recently purchased several bottle of Buffalo Trace.
I have always enjoyed your Bourbon but this time was different. The half gallon I bought tasted nothing like Buffalo trace. It had a soapy taste to it. At first I thought it was me but when I tried it next to other bottles, the different flavor was confirmed.
I was disappointed I had spent the money on the bottle and I am concerned about the companies quality control.
The taste was so bad I could not even mix it with anything to improve the flavor. Please let me know if there is a way to reconcile this issue.

i live in a suburb of cleveland ohio and iam lucky if i find it in a liquor store once every two months.... i wish you would make it more available......i have compared it to makers mark gentleman jack both jim beams black and double black 4 roses small batch and i have landed on buffalo trace and really have begun to enjoy it only i can't find it.....
