Bad quality control
Hello, I have been looking for a way to reach out to someone and this is what I could find. I live in Pennsylvania and recently purchased several bottle of Buffalo Trace.
I have always enjoyed your Bourbon but this time was different. The half gallon I bought tasted nothing like Buffalo trace. It had a soapy taste to it. At first I thought it was me but when I tried it next to other bottles, the different flavor was confirmed.
I was disappointed I had spent the money on the bottle and I am concerned about the companies quality control.
The taste was so bad I could not even mix it with anything to improve the flavor. Please let me know if there is a way to reconcile this issue.

You have a winn dixie liquor store #547 in pensacola refusing to sell your product. The manager Jim Waters said..." because people are selling it in ebay".
Sounds like he's the one doing it. Have several witnesses to the fact.

Bad bourbon
I got a bottle with a bad cork. There is a distinct fungal smell. The representative was very helpful and professional
Yes i would if i could get it on a regular bassis
i live in a suburb of cleveland ohio and iam lucky if i find it in a liquor store once every two months.... i wish you would make it more available......i have compared it to makers mark gentleman jack both jim beams black and double black 4 roses small batch and i have landed on buffalo trace and really have begun to enjoy it only i can't find it.....
what do i have to do to find it more often ? thanks stevearm452@***.net
