You guys took 16 23 out of my account for something that I did not authorize I'm very upset about it because I'm having a hard time trying to get you to correct is my bank told me to contact you guys when I contact you you want to charge me $5 for you to correct your mistake I don't think so that is not acceptable I need someone to call me immediately. Call me at 469-226-**** this is very unacceptable then you want someone to give you a review I want to take it off of my account immediately you just did it.

Wife has been ill for several years and i got her a phone. 7 or 8 months ago she started playing online games at buffalostudiios.
She somehow never thought it would end up $ 8000 on her debit card. Somehow she thought most the games were like 1.99 or 2.99 she said. She never checked her account until last night. We are sick over this situation.
I am trying to help her through all of this. It is hard for her to talk she had a stroke several months ago.

I want a refund put back into my card then for you to take my card off you're files. This is unacceptable, I have even deleted the game from my phone and you still have charged my card.

I love this game that's why I am upset because for 2 days now I haven't been able to get it to open so I could play it. The tournament room needs more rewards in all areas but mostly credits ones
When I tap to open it doesn't for 2 days now it haven't been able to open it at all I only get the picture of the game
Preferred solution: Fix game so it opens up to play and add more winner rewards such as 1st 2nd 3rd place prize bingo card credits we don't get any now if you win you get nothing
