Scam not an All-Clad factory seconds website!
Purchase an All-Clad seconds sale and never delivered after they got payment. I have sent email after email but never received a response!
Hopefully PayPal can get my money because I always pay Thru them.
This website is a scam and the phone provided goes to All Clad and they said this website is not really theirs!

Never ever received product and I can't access anyone in Customer Service.
Shame, Shame, on you, that there is no one to be held accountable. I ordered a product and paid for it, in September 2021.
I'm still waiting on the product. Are you some type of reap off company? This is the second time happening.
First time, you said I waited too long and couldn't find the information. This time, no one has responded.

They steal from people
Should've known it was too good to be true, but ordered all clad pan set. I had just tragically lost my son, and our love for cooking was something we shared.
He wanted me to have those pans. So when I saw the opportunity, I took it. Little did I notice the web site said all-clod. Now I am out 100.00 which hurt me at Christmas, and they took advantage of a lady who lost her sin.
Monsters are what these people are.

Never received the item
I had ordered an item through this company and it now has been two months. I have e mailed them several times and always got a standard letter response.
I had asked for a refund, but still got the standard letter.
I would never do business with this company again. I have yet to find a number where they can be contacted.

No refund or response to my concerns
I bought 4 little animated puppies for my family. I paid 23.00 each for these animated puppies like they advertised.
They were nothing but small stuffed puppies that I could have bought at Dollar General for $2.00 each and they were NOT animated at all!
Ive sent them 10 emails and left them 6 phone messages to them regarding a refund. Ive already sent them back to them over a month ago and they will not respond that they even got them back!
They have not returned any calls to me and the only emails I get back is they are too busy!they are too busy!that for problems.

Placed order on 9/5. Still has not shipped on 9/15.
No replies to my communication via the contact us tab four times. The only thing I did get was confirmation of my payment from PayPal.

I paid for a REALISTIC TEDDY DOG LUCKY (will lick his face, move his head, walk), for a total of $27.93; after over 5 weeks of waiting for the product, I received a stuffed animal non-electronic, no movement whatsoever), which can be found at the dollar tree stores for one dollar!!!!
Please Google the above mention dog, and compare it with the attached video and photos of what I received!
