Brand new customer here. Referred through Hickock45. I bought some 9mm ammo which was great. I then placed an order for some 22 ammo. It was extremely dirty and greasy. Customer service wouldnt even try to help. They threw their policy up in my face and said good luck we wont take it back. Poor quality. Poor customer service. I will take my business elsewhere. They take your money but cant back up their product.

Buying a handgun from Buds Gun Shop is such a hassle. I was told they are not a real gun shop & sits on customers money for Buds benefit.

Every rule for the handgun purchase is to Bud's advantage which frustrates customers. They ship orders very SLOW compared to other on-line gun web sites. The attraction to save a few dollars with a personal check takes another week. In total, it is over 2 weeks with shipping time.

I do not recommend doing business with BUDS. Peter L C New York State Police

Buds has the slowest shipping I have ever experienced in all my times of buying ammo online..It has now been 4 days and my order for 5 boxes of ammo still has not shipped. I know they say 3-7 days for shipping, but come on man that's ridiculous for ammo. I can maybe understand for guns, because of the paperwork involved, but ammo?? I will now have to wait almost 2 weeks to receive my order. Too slow for my liking, won't buy from them again.

!st they blamed Covid Next, it was in shi[pping dept. Then they claimed it had shipped UPS says "No it hasn't" The tracking # is dead.

Bud's Gun Shop blacklisted me in 2014 and I was not informed until March 21, 2022 when I tried to order a gun online.

In 2014, I ordered a rifle from Bud's and sent the name of the FFL called Doc Holiday. (The mgr.

of Doc Holiday said they could receive the gun for me.) Bud's told me Doc didn't have the FFL license. So, I was forced to cancel my order.

I was never informed cancelling the order would blacklist me forever.

On March 15, 2022, I ordered an AR-15 from Bud's online successfully. But a few days later (after contacting them 3X) they informed me I was blacklisted since 2014.

I WAS NEVER AT FAULT AND WAS PUNISHED BY VINDICTIVE, UNPROFESSIONAL BUD'S GUN SHOP.

I have been trying to get in contact with Buds gun shop due to them taking money out of my acct. And overcharging on a product. I called the Customer service number which is an automated system that doesn't let you speak to anyone. I tried the live chat which got me nowhere. This business sucks and when I get my money back I will never shop Buds again. Poor service for a company.

False Advertising

When I received my gun 2 magazines and the red dot sight was not included. I called customer service and I was told originally that the 2 high capacity magazines would be taken out and replaced with 2 other magazines.

When I called up customer service I was treated poorly and Buds could care less about making the order right. I spoke to a supervisor and I was told I would need to call Smith and Wesson to see if they would fix the problem. Its obvious that Buds did something to the red dot sight when they opened the box. It is very unlikely Smith and Wesson send a new gun out of their factory with a $300 red dot missing.

Buds business practices are unethical, liars and false advertising. I will never buy anything from Buds again. All the other reviews are true. Dont waste your time money and aggravation isinglass from Buds.

Ill be disputing the charges with my credit card and make a complaint with the BBB.

Its unreal how this company with scam and false advertise. STAY AWAY.

sent the wrong gun- cost me a loss of 90. and a gun I dont want............ sent a black acp45 1911 made by sds I ordered a stainless one, that cost me an additional 90. they wouldnt take the black one back. spoke with 4 diff people and kept giving me the runaraound! I even offered to buy the stainless one additionally, then they wanted an extra 70. on top of their *** up!

Ammo doesn't fit in my revolver

I bought some .410 sterling ammo slugs for my Taurus judge revolver and they are to big for the chamber. I have shot about a dozen or so 410 shells through my revolver so it's not the pistol as they want to believe. They really don't give a *** and all ammo sales are final. So why not send me another box of shells or refund my money. They don't care about the customer they got their money. They will never get another penny from me.

If you look at the transaction that I had just got completed it shows a box of ammo armor-piercing 50 rounds and down below is his $50 which is so pretty good rate so I had assumed by that I had ordered double check my order found out that I ordered eighth boxes and paid almost $5 out of the box if they were selling five of them they would have put five out there very very misleading and I hope you guys can do something about it
