I had a similar experience. THeir response from Customer service was "your exception has been noted"...That's all.

Customer service did not even return call. But they still have my money. They used to be a much better company. They just grew too big too fast.

I have since closed my account with Bud's Gun Shop. I have had other bad experiences recently with them.

After trying to find a gun in the website, I called Bud's for clarification on a couple of questions I had. This very rude dude answered the phone and told me he had too many customers in the store to answer questions.

He abruptly told me to "look it up on their website"! I started to reply and he hung up on me! I will spread the word and will not deal with Bud's guns!

Too many other gun stores to purchase from. I believe ANY problem with any staff member of any business is a direct reflection of management!

Buds Gun Shop - They don't deliver.

Bought 2 boxes of .45 ammo, confirmed order, said it was going to ship, then they call me and cancel the order. If they say it's in stock, be skeptical. The {{Redacted}} that calls says he's got a whole list of people to call, like that should make it ok. ***
