Tried calling -after listening to lengthy recorded message i was cut off several time-just hung up on...the Live chat was the same way--nothing works---i want to place a good size order and also needed info on magazines--the website sucks hard to navigate--So maybe this is a sign i should go somewhere else-cause if it is this bad im sure i will have future problems

Buds Gun Shop - Slowww shipping
Turtle shipping, keep getting emails my firearms has processed. Deceptive sales-states shipped in 3-7 days, after ordering says leaves warehouse 3-7 days excluding weekends. Been waiting for 2 weekends now, still not shipped. Just as you hurry and take $$$ from account, hurry and ship buyers products off! That’s Ridiculous customer service
Buds Gun Shop - Very slow service
Very very slow service. It is day 28 and my gun still has not shipped. Literally it’s been in shipping department now for 14 days. Never again. I will warn anyone that has time to listen to me, stay away from buds guns. This was my very first order also. Nice way to reign in new customers.
Buds Gun Shop - Call Center is rude and disrespectful
Wanted to move a deposit to another firearm. I knew it was against their policy but decided to give it a shot. The call center was abrasive and rude and I gave it right back to him. Lost the deposit as expected. A few months later I made a paid in full purchase. They cancelled it and advised me that I was banned and that they wouldn't do business with me.

The customer service guy by the name of Chris is a real *** head they sent me 1 magazine instead of the 2 15 rd mags that were supposed to come with the gun called them the same day they sent me another magazine the only problem is it held 18 red which in not lead in NJ call again never heard back they lost me as a customer
