Details
Absolutely no way to contact anyone. Ordered a magazine on Tuesday didn't ship until Thursday. Got wrong tracking numbers then when I did get the right tracking number after 25 min on hold I have a 9 day delivery time that shipped from two states away that I paid $9 for that 9 days shipping. Pitiful.

Buds Gun Shop in Roseland, New Jersey - Takes forever to ship items and *** customer service.

I've ordered from them twice. First time, the gun took well over a week before it shipped out and when I finally called and got a hold of someone, they said it usually takes "3-7 business days" before an item ships. Their websites states they won't even bother to check your order unless you wait past 7 business days. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Ordered again from them and they e-mailed me to and told me I didn't select an FFL dealer so I had to call to straighten it out. They sent an email saying the order was shipping, three days later and no update. How long does it take to pull a gun off a shelf, slap a sticker on it, and send it out?

In case you haven't figured it out yet, they don't actually have in stock many of the guns they advertise on their website.

they don't take a gun off the shelf and slap a mailing sticker on it. they drop ship straight from the manufacturer, meaning they send the order to the mfger and then that warehouse ships it out, so it all depends on what the manufacturer has in stock

Idiots sent me a rifle that was cracked in 2 pieces. I know for a fact it left their warehouse that way and they were just looking to get a UPS damage claim.

They win I loose. They suck and I will tell everyone I know about my experience. I even talked to the jag named nick too. What a *** that guy is.

Never offered an alternative and was just a *** head to talk to. Wish I could give my feedback face to face.
