I feel your pain. I am a customer and asking where the heck is my gun shipping info since the payment cleared my bank 3 days ago.

Also, no help from their customer service whatsoever in explaining how to use their NortonShoppingGuarantee that they so proudly display on their website. I am quite sure they don't have my gun in stock and are simply stalling me to give them time to find the item and/or they like having my funds sitting in their bank for their use. A review of this co.

will be forthcoming after this transaction is completed (I'm not holding my breath). So far, I'm am NOT IMPRESSED!

Buds Gun Shop in Center Valley, Pennsylvania - Never again at Bud's Guns

first I bought a taurus p92, everything went smooth, so made an offer on a Tisas "1911" 9mm. after watching bud's pro shooter video of Tony somebody shootin this "stock pistol" , I ordered it. biggest piece of *** ever. they tried to brush me off with excuses and implying I don't know what I'm talking about ( 30 yrs + shooting. ) ended up getting money back , bet then came round two........why they take your money for guns they don't have is beyond me , but I had put money on a springfield they dropped from production. they insisted I get refunded or pick another so I said put the money together and give me a kimber. that was 2 weeks ago and they can't find it now. its in shipping dept. somewhere..........not like they lost a thousand dollar pistol. great place, really.............not.

Buds Gun Shop - Same issue everywhere online

Great place as long as there are no problems.why?because then you have to deal with a non existent customer service. Same deal as almost every online store. Bought a shotgun, shipped quick and I was very happy. Two months later bought a 22 and had problems. Quoted 4 days shipping. Two weeks later called up. No help. But I could say this same thing about every online store I go to. Want good customer service, go to a gun store and pay full price. It's what there paid for. If you want a deal you roll the dice.

Sorry you had a problem with Bud's. I've bought 5 guns from them over the past few years and haven't had a single problem. Customer service (Team Buds) has been excellent.

Buds Gun Shop in Key Largo, Florida - Submitted no paying bidder report when THEY declined to complete sale.

Im a lawful US citizen, Armed Security liscence, CWP in the state of Florida. Used the buy it now feature on Gunbroker for a S&W M&P 45. Tried to use their online pay system and for whatever reason it didn't like my info, went days trying to email people and talking to voice mails. Finally somebody called up and I explained that this was a gift for my fiance, her first handgun as a matter of fact and that it was to be shipped to her so it could go through the background check process at our FFL and be "HER" gun, I was simply paying for it. The guy on the phone not understanding what he was talking about like many gun store employees accused me outright of attempting a straw purchase and declined to do the sale, I did not even have a chance to say just send it to me. I even spoke to my FFL about it and he said they way I wanted to do it was perfectly fine and common. The guy from Bud's said that could not go through with the sale and said that it was null and void. At that point I was tired of dealing with it and said fine. Fast foward a year (I don't shop on Gunbroker that much) I find that my account is suspended because of a non paying bidder status. After they said they would not honor the sale or take my money they bring up a non paying bidder status. I had perfect feedback before then.
