RECENTLY FAXED DD-214 FOR PROFESSIONAL/VETERANS DISCOUNT QUALIFICATION.

I DONT DO COMPUTERS,I TOOK MY FID CARD,DRIVERS LICENSE,& DD-214 TO MY GUY WHO DOES THIS STUFF FOR ME.( I HAVE TO PAY SOMEONE AS I'M COMPUTER ILLITERATE) I GOT AN EMAIL SAYING MY INFORMATION WAS RECIEVED,BUT I STILL CANT ENTER AN ORDER FOR AMMO.I CALLED ON THE PHONE THIS AFTERNOON SPOKE WITH TROY,WHO SAID,"IF MY DD-214 IS ON FILE,I QUALIFY FOR PROFESSIONAL DISCOUNT.SO I SENT IT,ALONG WITH MY FID CARD & DRIVERS LICENSE.( I HAVE PURCHASED AMMO FROM MULTIPLE ONLINE DEALERS & THEY ALL REQUIRE THIS) BUT BUDS IS THE FIRST COMPANY I FOUND THAT PROVIDES A DISCOUNT FOR VETS,SO HERE I AM. I STILL DONT KNOW HOW TO SEND DOCUMENTS VIA E-MAIL,SO I HAVE TO KEEP PAYING SOMEONE TO DO THIS. WHAT I'M GETTING FROM YOUR SITE IS THAT I MAY TAKE A DAY OR TO,TO PROCESS MY INFORMATION,& I'M HOPING I WILL BE NOTIFIED VIA EMAIL WITH SOME KIND OF PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION NUMBER SO I CAN PLACE AN ORDER. Crashes or won't let you reply. You can never get through on the phone. It repeated its message five times and then hung up on me. It looks as though I'm going to just have to go to my credit card company and cancel this order the hard way. What happened to buds. You guys really suck.

I had one time when I was a bit anxious to get a purchase and the answer was that it took X amount of time to be shipped. I was having some sense of their folks being prompted on a regular basis and just let it go and I did get my purchase within a few days.Never did get an email saying it shipped and my local firearms shop needs the tracking # to let me know my purchase is there. We had to go into my email at the gun shop to find the tracking # on that one. After that time I just waited it out and my items seemed to be ready for pickup within 2 weeks. Some a little quicker than that.

I finally got to meet with the FFL to pick up my pistol, I was very disappointed that the optics plate #5 for an HK VP9 that I also ordered was not in the box. NOWHERE can you find a phone number to call them.

They sent erroneous automated emails, they asked to SPEAK with me regarding my order. Instead, they will not respond to the phone number they say is customer service. Only method is time consuming chat. Also they retained merchandise without giving a discount. And it took them a week to figure it out before contacting me.

Preferred solution: Send my purchase to another store. New Mexico is closed. Germaine's Gun Emporium in Duncan Arizona said they would accept our FFL.

User's recommendation: Make sure you never have to change anything because it's almost impossible. Customer service here is not very good

I paid almost $200 towards a fire arm around Christmas time it was in the beginning of December my account change because my email changed and I could not get into my account I talk to a manager a week and a half ago but now no one can be reached on the phone. Oh I need to take care of this issue I have created a new account. The email is mooreallie052@***.com. Buds has already issued a new password and the account is created. call me this is very Important as I want to use the money to purchase a firearm at this moment! My phone number is 336-646-****. I ordered 12 boxes of Federal Non Typical .270 ammunition and only received 2 boxes.

on March 31, 2020 ordered 12 boxes of Federal Non Typical .270 ammunition. On April 9th I only received 2 boxes. On April 10th I chatted with a Buds representative and she was supposed to email me back, but never did. On about April 13th I chatted with another Buds representative, he told me to email him on Thursday April 16th and he never got back with me. I just chatted with a Buds agent {Rebecca}. She informed me that Buds is sending me the other 10 boxes of ammo. Why can't they just communicate with their customers and the customers will be happy.

Recent purchase online question...

I just purchased a high point 45 online after I joined the membership. I then realized I didnt get the team buds discount on the order 331**** looks like I paid 204$ rather than the 158$ it is possible I didnt select the proper icon but since I have already paid for the membership can I get the team buds pricing?! If there is any left over balance I will be purchasing more product from you. I hope I can get the membership price though, thats why I signed up for it so I could receive team buds discounts:)

Everyone you have to realize it takes time to get a firearm shipped theres a enormous amount of panic buying going on right now just be patient being rude and a jerk gets you squat.

Thanks. Ordered some ammo on March 19, May 8th now still nothing. Every other online retailer in the country seems to be able to do ship in a near normal time frame. You guys are just hacks.

Gun owners- use midway or smoky mountain. Buds shipping sucks.
