Old School travel trailer has structural issues and we are told we need to talk to Adam about repairs and Adam will not return our calls.

Our new 2021 Old School trailer had axle and tire clearance issues that left us stranded in Tennessee and we finally had to leave Tennessee to come home after almost a month of waiting for parts. The repair shop in Tennessee finally finished repair of that issue and it was able to be towed home to us at our expense.

Once it was here we are trying to get it to Budget RV for further repair and we are told we need to talk to Adam first and we have called 5 times and he will not return our calls. This has been a nightmare for a retired couple that spent hard earned money.

New travel trailer falling apart and Dealership will not communicate with us about repair

We have been told we need to talk to Adam about repairs to our trailer and we have called 5 times and have been told he would call us back and he has not. Highly suggest not buying from this dealership and certainly not an Old School travel trailer. Very poor workmanship and unwillingness to repair it!

This company sold us an RV that they has just covered up holes in walls with decorations. A snake came in on our first camping trip.

Called Jay or Joy the service manager 5 times with no call back. When I went there he smelled like he had gone on a 2 hour break and drank the whole time.

The service department smelled like marijuana... DON'T GO THERE

My father in law gave them a deposit of 1k on a vehicle that was supposed to be in good condition. It was in deplorable condition and he was cursed at and thrown out of the store when he asked for his money back.

I paid cash for product now getting run around

I purchased a new 2011 forest river toy hauler from a dealership in Royce City Texas. That was my first mistake.

I sent a check to the proper location at the forest river factory in Indiana of $150.00 along with application with all the information needed including the unit vin number to purchase an extended warranty on August 6th 2012. Four months later I called the factory warranty division and no one could tell me where my check was, just that the vin number I gave them showed my RV belonged to someone else so Check was apparently sent back to dealership and on asking them they knew nothing about it.

finally on 12-13-12 check was found and I was told it and the paper to take care of vin number mix up was being sent out to factory that day.Now it is January 31 2013 and again no one knows where my check is or will return my calls. My suggestion is stay away from forest river completely if you want any service after the sale.

We are a dealer and we sell new and used RVs. This particular RV was a used one, we sold it to the customer and gave them all the paper work.

We were not aware about the check incident until it was brought to our attention. Unfortunately, there was not much we could do about it as we are not Forest River company which is who the check was sent to. We received the check and did our customer a favor and sent it out again with the proper information. There isn’t much we could’ve done about the mix up.

We tried to help our customer and save them some time by doing this for them. We apologized for the inconvenience but there was only so much we could do.
