Horrific experience

They failed to check in my car on return and charged me for a month. I had to fight to get the over 2000.00 back. I incurred interest charges and over limit fees on my card. The customer service agents ( except for the last one) were rude and snotty. Here it is 3 months later and they just hit my card with toll charges. There are no toll charges between Springfield Mo and St Louis Mo.

User's recommendation: BEWARE!! if you have to use this company check every little thing. Dont trust express anything.
