A Big Ripoff
Just like the guy who posted before me, they act like they really care about you and you tell them how bad you need a car to get to work. They told my son they would fix the gas gauge and wanted us to leave the car there for 3 days. Then when we took the car in the mechanic looked like he was in the twilight zone, tightened up the battery cable then said nothing was wrong with the car, then on the way home the air conditioner quit working, went back and told them and they said " he didn't touch the air conditioner, $ 80.00 to put it on a diagnostics. Then for 4 days the manager was " in a meeting" every time we called.

BUDGET CAR SALES IS A BIG RIPOFF,THEY SEEM TO THINK THEY ARE THE ONLY FAMIIES TO DESERVE A SAFE TRANSPORTATION HOME,SOME KIND OF FAMILY.THEY MAKE OFF LIKE THEY CARE THEY GOT LIKE TEN PEOPLE IN THE OFFICE BUT NOT ONE OF THEM COULD HELP ME,I NEVER SEEN A PLACE WITH SO MANY WORKERS THAT NOT ONE COULD HELP,WHAT ARE THEY DOING,WAITING FOR SUCKERS TO COME WALKING THREW THE DOOR,SO THEY CAN PAY THERE HOME FEES AND DRIVE AROUND TOWN , THEY ARE ONE DISGUSTING AUTO SALES BUSINESS,THEY USE TO HAVE MORE COMPASSION BUT SINCE THE SUMMER THE PLACE HAS REALLY GGONE DOWN,I REALLY HATE I EVER STOPPED BY THIS SORRY PLACE.
