DISRESPECTFUL STAFF AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I called to ask for corporate number woman on the phone started raising her voice saying I already spoke to a gentleman earlier telling him this isn't the corporate number, I responded with I know that I am asking for it. She continued to raise her voice when I did, she wants to tell me its recorded line, I honestly glad it is so they can hear how you speak to me.
She then says I can give you an email I said OKAY what's the email she said you can actually come in and get it or see it on your receipt.
Did she not say that she could give it to me? They need to be shut down this company has had bad reviews, homeless doing drugs around the area, and this place is ran down!

Very rude customer service and front desk. I told him not to come in because my son is using the restroom and they came in anyway which made my son very upset and embarrassed.
Highly illegal.
It seems like they're upset because I was getting a deal online and I said I did not pay for extra people in my room even though children are free. I want my deposit back immediately even if we did check out late because we were cleaning I want my deposit back because of the inappropriate interactions.

I have filed with the attorney general because Budget INN needs to be shut down immediately!

Rented at the Phoenix Inn cause of the price. But the place is very FILTHY.
The grounds have more trash than the dumpster. The bedsheets had not been changed, no towels or wash clothes in room, no pillow cases on the pillows, and floor and walls was very dingy. The air condition did not work very well. There are people running all around the grounds on any given night 30 people out and hanging in parking lot.
People doing doughnuts in the back parking lot. No t.v. remotes. No light bulbs in the bathroom.
The people upstairs stomping all night long. There are cops patrolling every 20 min.
Some the ladies working in office are rude and act like they r better than you. All in all it is a very poor place to get any kind of sleep.
Preferred solution: Price reduction

- - Waited over an hour after a note said be back in one hour; front desk unavailable, no check-in, video evidence.
i have photo of post it note that was left by employee saying be back in one hour . Thats it no time left no time be back.
I waited an hour my wife was sick had thrown up before we got to hotel and then we run into that. After over an hour a girl came out of nowhere and was in complete darkness in front desk area. I as well as another possible guest asked her can we get checked in she said no Im off clock you have to wait until next worker comes in. I have video of this Im about to give it to local tv channels.
So after that I continued to call customer service with your company as well as hotwire. But never got resolved that night I understand because it was after 11. I got a different hotel down street.
I also have video of her leaving hotel with front office dark and her locking door with no one else at front desk. Thank you I await your response.
