Worst experience ever!

I have stated in discount hotels all my life and my stay in Flagstaff was the absolute worst of all time. Terrible bed.

Harrasment...demand redund
- Booked 2 rooms via Priceline for June 12-13; paid $110 + $10 pet deposit; manager demanded $200 per room, police arrived, machete near us, nothing found, seeking refund.
I booked 2 rooms on June 12-13 through priceline. Checked in, paid $110 plus $10 pet deposit.
An hour after check in wade, my brother in law, had friends show up to visit. Long story short, manager yelled at me, accused me of lying about how many people were STAYING in the room, would NOT let me speak and demanded a $200 deposit for EACH room or leave WITH NO REFUND! Officials were called. While waiting for them managet comes out of office, walking directly towards wade and I with a damn machete in his hand, gets about 10 ft from us then sharply turns towards the bushes and starts trimming them..
I don't know a lot about bushes but ive never known a machete used to trim them so i felt threatened. Cops showed, agreed he was in the wrong but the only damb thing they did for us? Accused us of dealing drugs, called in canine unit" found absolutely NOTHING like I said the would, gave me advice talked to manager with me, manager would NOT speak or listen to me but tild the officer id have to call the 3rd party for my refund? Thats it?!?!?!?!?
We get treated as criminals, $120 cash STOLEN from us" humiliated, threatened, and witnessed a drug deal happen as we waited but that was dismissed as soon as I said it. That place is a roach infested drug dealing dump ran by a bunch of damn thieves who need to be booted back to where they came from or commited! This us going to be a big lawsuit.....drugs, bugs, overcharges, threats, and theft.... Be advised, I won't stop until I'm refunded, (maybe even some comps to a much better place) that mans job and possibly even his freedom, and a bigger lawsuit to the while cooperation .
it needs to be leveled asap!
