Terrible customer service
Associate did not want to do any work in the car because he was being lazy. He also said he could not print a quote for recommended work. This was a company policy.
Preferred solution: Apology

Budget Brakes P'cola Ripoff
I took my pickup truck to the Budget Brakes shop on Mobile Highway in Pensacola, FL because I am no longer able to do the work myself, due to a bad back. They tried to rip me off by claiming my drums were bad.
They are practically brand new. They were not cracked. There was no lip on the edge from brake shoe wear.
They were not even the slightest bit blue from heat.
I have done hundreds of brake jobs in my career as an auto mechanic, and know what I am talking about. Never again will I trust Budget Brakes.
