- Took a pickup to Budget Brakes on Mobile Highway in Pensacola, FL; they claimed the drums were bad, but they are nearly brand new, not cracked.
I took my pickup truck to the Budget Brakes shop on Mobile Highway in Pensacola, FL because I am no longer able to do the work myself, due to a bad back. They tried to rip me off by claiming my drums were bad.
They are practically brand new. They were not cracked. There was no lip on the edge from brake shoe wear.
They were not even the slightest bit blue from heat.
I have done hundreds of brake jobs in my career as an auto mechanic, and know what I am talking about. Never again will I trust Budget Brakes.
