Everything finally got done but I would not recommend this company. They kept delaying and making excuses.
They never reached out to me, instead had to get ahold of them. Horrible customer service.
I called them at 10 and was told they couldn't make it. They rescheduled for this Monday at 9. At 10 I'm calling and was told they are almost here and thanking me for understanding. It is now 11 and just talked on phone again and was told that they are almost here but had to stop at the gas station because one of the installers has been sick and is throwing up.
I asked for my money back and was told no. Do not do business with this company. They arrived and then told me that they had to go back to office because they forgot 1 box that had blinds in it. Then they call me and say that the manufacturer didn't ship that box with 2 blinds.
After going back and forth on email, I was told they will ship to me house. I them tell them it should be overnight since they forgot to ship it. Elena then comes back and says they have to remake it. I believe budget bones forgot to pave those 2 blinds because she said on the phone that if got all i ordered.
Once they looked at the invoice she seen she was wrong. How do you go from they forgot to ship it to they have to remake it.
They forgot to add that in the order and want to make it like it is someone else's fault. Do yourself a favor and never use this company.

- Ruth Hunt promised one material but used an inferior one.
- They took a deposit and sent a Budget Blinds email weeks later with no attachment.
Scammed my elderly mother in her late 70s. The sales lady, Ruth Hunt, told her it would be a certain material and then during the installation, they used an inferior material.
They use the whole bait and switch of we gave you "quotes" for two types of material.
Then they took her deposit and didn't send an invoice or some sort of order form until after the installation. During the consult, they said they couldn't give a invoice of any form, even by hand, and it needed to be printed, but would email the invoice the same day. You know what they did?
They sent an email weeks later titled "Budget Blinds - Order Summary" with no attachment. That's how they could say without a paper trail, "Look it was always this inferior material that we agreed upon."

I have no idea when installation of blinds will happen. We paid $1,667.80 for blinds on February 19, 2025.
I cannot reach Orangeburg, SC's franchise. Twice received a text message; one time I answered YES where they said they would. Nothing happened. Later text specifically asked how they can help us today.
I input "Status of installation". Once again, no response. I'm at this point where I want to cancel and contact my credit card company with the issue.

They do not stand by their products do not return phone calls after numerous messages they only want your money they are very unworthy of anyones business they are a fake company

Warning, stay away from Delray Beach budget blinds. They don't know how to install blinds properly. 3 times i had them here for repair and 3 times they broke.After i spent a lot of money.

Blind failed after 1 year. This is the second blind with same issue.
It needs repair and cant get resolve. Scheduling appointment has been problematic.
