I answered the phone from a Rosana from the Newnan Ga store from a cellphone. She told me that she was calling from Buddy's and that she has been trying to get in touch with me .
I told her that I am out of town with a family emergency. She looked over that and said can I run the card 4*** I told her that it wasn't any money on it as I sat and talked with her on the phone she ran my card FOUR times. Without telling me she did that she asked for another card number and I told her I didn't have one. I told her that I can pay the bill next Thursday she begin to yell and threaten me saying that I needed to get her $40 in there today or she will be at my home with the sheriff.
I told her that Im at the end of my lease and she won't be able to get in because as I stated before that we were out of town on a family emergency then she hung up.
I gave her a few minutes then called the number back and asked was it a personal number or a business number. She said why? I asked the question again and she said it was both a personal number and a business number. I asked her what was the business name before I started talking and she refused.
She then begin typing my number an screaming my name asking me what do you want. I asked her what was her name and she said she didn't have to give me her name. I asked her again what's her name and she said Rosana and I said Ms. Rosana what is your last name?
she said that she didn't have to give me her last name. I then asked to spaek to her boss, she told me that she doesn't have a boss that she is the GM (general manager) so I asked for corporate's number she then told me that the Newnan store is a Franchise that they didn't have anything to with corporate. I then asked for the Franchisee's information or the owner's name Rosana then informed me that she was the owner of the Newnan store. Then she said if I wanted to complain about anything I need to look up the number on the website.
I asked her for the number a couple of more time then she gave it to me.
I am not mentally in the mood for aggressive collecting or an owner with a bad attitude especially one that you give them the benefit of the doubt gave her time to calm down before you called back and she is still very angry. This does not look good as a representative of the Brand Buddy's Furniture and I will speak about this on my social media outlets to let the public know about the poor customer service the Newnan Buddy's owner give. I just want to get through this contract and I will never do business with Buddy's Furniture again and I will never reccommend Newnan Buddy's to anyone ever.
I work with the public and I know that any owner or person in management should have anger contol. Running my card 4 times in a three minutes timespan is ridiculous when I told you that it wasn't any funds on the card.

My wife and I have been going to Buddy's in Pryor Oklahoma for almost two and a half years I think now that whole time we had to report the manager for trying to steal money from one of our payments and we're paying on one of our last items that was only $1,100 and I've made payments since November $130 payments and they're trying to say that it's just now at $1,000 and I'm tired of being lied to tired of being yelled at and yeah I didn't call them with the happy attitude either but may explain why I was upset you know instead of yelling at me you could have talked to me I'm not by any means happy at all and if I find out that my money is being stolen again then I'm going to press charges because we were told you guys took care of the problem while the problem still occurring

I think I will be seeking legal guidance in this situation. My husband friend who I listed as a reference was contacted couple weeks back asking for a code to a computer that I returned.
I have not done business with you guys in months. I had an issue where my card was charged twice I contacted the store they advised me to go through the bank I did. On the call I even said just pay up for me but give me a receipt cause its only showing once but my bank showing twice but the associate told me to get my money bank cause on their end it wasnt showing. I did.
My bank said I was right and gave me money back. I worked at for Quickbooks so Im good With balances. I would often pay up anyway. I paid off one product but the computer wasnt any good.
The associates would tell me something was coming but never was soon I could exchange but never happened. The older white gentleman told me I had a chargeback we had a bad a disagreement I felt unsafe bringing it back my husband was bad afraid he would do something I even called corporate the expert was so bad with him. Couple days ago he called my mother law about this payment. I did not know it was a payment I called the girl said it was a offer I said well we could use another game system she told us to come down when I got off at 6 the guy was there.
He was sooooo angry so biglergent out of it. Arguing. I asked him to give me something to prove I owed because stupid me still would of paid he just would not stop I left out the store he chase me out the store threaten to call the police yelling I never threaten him I even told him we didnt come to argue. My husband didnt even say anything.
Stated my kind wasnt welcomed. But what kind am I? I dont get it, Im black but I seen other black people coming in? I dont know what I did is the check stubs or what Im not exactly sure.
The best thing for me to do is seek legal counsel I feel unsafe. You guys have my address my personal information.
He is calling my family Im also filing a police report. Thank you I dont know what else but I gotta protect myself and family.

Yes like about 9;00 am an employee from buddys arrived at my door while I was opening door to dasher bringing my daughter food the male employee one didnt identify himself two as soon as he saw me didnt even ask if it was Nancy or not just said if u have money for food u have money for payment. Yes I know I am behind but also the girl when did my contract it was supposed to be for monthly payments that she Sadie she would fix I do have cameras that record with voice he was so offensive and rude he even stated well you like low class and no money to pay I repeated yo him contract was supposed to be monthly and he kept inturipting an being so offensive and rude he even called me offensive names that is very unprofessional this is from the Laredo tx store on Calton Road. As I say he never said his name nor if he was management just said well if u can buy good give my the payment and dont see why u should be on monthly excuses me plus my daughter bought her food but I would appreciate all this be handled he threatened me to come back with media new never new it could be done.

I purchased a washer and dryer. Paid it off in April.
Called last Tuesday because the washer is already broken. Ask about my warranty. Im informed that my warranty is valid and he sets a time to come pick washer up. No one showed up so I call again.
The man apologized and set up another time. Again no one shows up. So I call last Friday and speak to a very hateful and unprofessional jasmine. Who informs me just the sec I call her manger informed her that they no longer pick them up that they file the claim and thats it.
So I asked her why no one gave me a call about this and why did everybody else said something different. She informed me that wasnt her problem that Id get a call when they called me. Been over a week and havent heard anything. Not a way to conduct business.
Make me pay for a warranty but refused to let me use it. Wouldnt give me the information for the warranty so I could address it myself.
Buddys on Rogers ave fort smith is unprofessional. Wouldnt recommend doing business here.

I brought a washer and dryer set from yall
. Paid it off in April.
And its already not working. I called the store to ask about my warranty Im informed that my warranty is still valid and they set up a time for them to come pick it up. No one showed up to get it. So I call again and a man apologized and sets up another time.
Let again no one came. So I call last Friday and speak to Jasmine and ask her why again no one showed up. And she said its because no one is gonna pick it up. That she just learned right as I called per her store manager that they no longer pick up.
So I ask her why no one called to inform me of this instead of keep setting up appointment times. And she informed me that wasnt her problem. That someone would be calling me and that whats that. Ive still not received a call for anyone and its going on week two since I first called.
So unprofessional.
And a bad way to conduct business. If you make me pay for a warranty but then I cant use it when the product you sold is crap.

I doubt that the person you were dealing with was a girl since you need to be 18 to do this job. This means she was a GROWN WOMAN.
They were not rude, you are required to make payment.
Why should they apologize when you cannot make a payment? They did nothing wrong, you are a low life.
So, because someone can’t make a payment, they’re a lowlife. I had $3700 fraudulently stolen out of my account, and couldn’t make payments on many bills.
