Absolutely terrible product and service/support - took our $1000 money and ran. App launch was delayed (we were one of the first to sign up and pre-pay $750 for this service).
There were many bugs which they would/could not resolve and all they would say is the next update will fix it. In hindsight, it became apparent this was a tactic to avoid actioning our request for a refund within the refund time frame. Next they started charging us a monthly fee for a service that was still not ready and would not function, with no resolution to the many persistent bugs. Due to the lengthy delays already and lack of updates from the company, we had started to lose trust so asked for a refund earlier within the guarantee time frame.
They stalled on giving as a refund - then outright refused it saying it was past the refund date (this was their doing not ours). They had asked for a chance to fix it but just kept saying wait for the next release (same copy and paste answer every time). When we asked for a real solution and support after the next 3 releases over a week or so had the same issues, they started closing tickets before they were resolved and ignored us completely. I've been in the online business for 20 years, as an experienced marketer and developer.
It was clear the avoidance of refunding us or bothering to complete a project we paid for in good faith demonstrated their intent. That is why I am going out of my way to warn others. Don't go near Buddyboss software!!! They had plenty of time to resolve this with a positive outcome and instead chose to give us the runaround.
I know I am one of many who have had this experience with them, hence posting this here. Don't get ripped off by Buddyboss rip-off "pay first and hope they deliver with no real guarantee policy".
