Verified ReviewerResolved: So frustrated at the Rewards program..every single year you have to fight to get it put onto the card. It's months and months and 1 year it took the entire year to get it loaded onto the card.
I'm disgusted that every single reward amount does not get loaded for months and months, even though the claim is paid. They say, 'OK, we'll do a manual load.
Give it 2 weeks.' Then, 4 weeks later, nothing! It's ridiculous and frustrating!
Don't count on a timely reward; it's not going to happen. They need to revamp this reward system.
Preferred solution: The 75 dollars rewzrd put onto my daughters card immediately
They never afforded me the same level of care as the forner “Medicaid” provider.
United health care afgorded pain reduction injections ghat Bukeye would not! I was deeply hurt by tge rejections repeatedly.

I'm still waiting to get my card in the mail it's been 7 days but they said it could take up to 14 which I don't understand but okay
Looking up the customer service number online sucked and the options It gave you you I said to go to pharmacy or some other thing that didn't go to what I wanted to do it the only other option was to go to directory and to know a number so I guessed one but once I got through to a person customer service was very good efficient and done quickly without a whole lot of dumb questions or trying to push any kind of service on you

I was textn because my meter died causing the nurse not being able to see my results , which would have allowed me to tell her I have no strips at all my supply never arrived do I have no meter nor test strips
