Pissed about rewards program

Every single time I go to any doctor, I have to fight for a reward. It's always one excuse after another.

The best one was not getting my $75 for a yearly pap. This was their excuse: 'Your doctor put the claim in incorrectly. She put in for a pap AND lab work.' I said, 'What the *** does that mean? I need a pap for a reward!

You have proof I had a pap; give me my money.' I received it the next day.

But recently, they won't give it. They don't want to give rewards, so don't claim you do.

Resolved: So frustrated at the Rewards program..every single year you have to fight to get it put onto the card. It's months and months and 1 year it took the entire year to get it loaded onto the card.

Don't count on a timely reward; it's not going to happen. They need to revamp this reward system.

United health care afgorded pain reduction injections ghat Bukeye would not! I was deeply hurt by tge rejections repeatedly.

I'm still waiting to get my card in the mail it's been 7 days but they said it could take up to 14 which I don't understand but okay

Looking up the customer service number online sucked and the options It gave you you I said to go to pharmacy or some other thing that didn't go to what I wanted to do it the only other option was to go to directory and to know a number so I guessed one but once I got through to a person customer service was very good efficient and done quickly without a whole lot of dumb questions or trying to push any kind of service on you
