Dealing with *** of dealer Steve Kerick.
Broke radio replacing broken sensor for widow wash and refused to repair costing me $1800.00 to fix.
Steve kerick was rude when complained and hung up three times refusing to deal with problem and complaint with complaint filed with dodge.
He stated he owned the garage and he does not and will not give out owners name for further complaints. I told steve I would get a police officer to handle problem wihtout further problems from steve he proceded to leave lot instead of dealing with customer. He was very rude as was his maintainence staff.
I feel he should take care of consumer instead of being a ***.
