Reliability of wifi has decreased significantly.

Constant buffering and freezing. I tried connecting my device to ethernet, as they suggested, and it's just as bad if not worse.
They say they don't guarantee their speeds in an apartment building.
The service has gotten much worse over the past year. I read that they have been accused of throttling and I hope that is not the case.

Service is trash
- - It's hard to contact support for service issues.
- - Pixelated, glitchy, hardwired TV freezes and shows issues.
- - Service number often busy or hangs up.
Impossible to contact when you have service issues and their rates are ridiculous. I am currently looking at a hardwired tv with nothing but a pixelated, glitching, mess, that constantly freezes up telling me to call 419-724-**** for service issues...which when called results in a busy signal...then hang up.
Not kidding!
