Poor customer service
Owner and installer both offered very little to accomplish the work order. They strung me along for 3 weeks, making promises to call, contact and accomplish the project.
None of which ever happened.
I was told after 3rd week of waiting that I need to find someone else...that's it. No apologies, just a flat ***
Since it's a specialty install, there is no others in the area, so I had to do the work myself.
