Brad and male finance manager were complete *** They treated me and my cosigner like complete *** They lied and manipulated us to get us there. Than, after driving all the way from.

PITTSBURGH, THEY LIED AND MANIPULATED US SOME MORE. NOBODY SHOULD EVER HAVE TO GO THROUGH WHAT WE DID.

Preferred solution: I would like to purchase the vehicle I Intended on purchasing. But, with another person. Would like it delivered to my home. Rather than driving 4and a half more hours.

User's recommendation: Turn back, there are a million other dealerships

Dealer consistently advertises cars at incredible prices on Autotrader.com. Called several times prior to making the 100 mile drive from Pittsburgh to see "What's the catch?".

Was told by slimy sales man, Johnny Dallas (that's his real name) there wasn't a "catch" on the advertised price of $7,898 for a 2014 Chevy Cruze. Car salesman never mentioned extended warranty, GAP insurance, WYNN's (whatever that is) drastically increased the price. Slimeball Dallas lays the contract in front of me to sign conveniently never pointing out all of these add ons in the deal. Discovered the "ad ons" a few days later, called the dealership who refused to remove any of the ad ons.

Filed complaints against Buck Chevrolet with Ohio Attorney General and Better Business Bureau. Dealership has yet to send any further documentation in regards to any of the extended warranties they slid into the deal. All calls to dealer are ignored, never returned or they hang up the phone.

Gutless cowards. Chevrolet ought to be embarrassed to have these bottom feeding, scavengers representing their company.

5 month’s after the purchase, I still have yet to receive ANY documentation from the BS warranties, Johnny Dallas back doored into the deal. NOTHING. Filed complaints with Ohio Attotney General and Better Business Bureau to no avail.

BUCK CHEVROLET CANAL FULTON, OHIO

I visited Buck Chevrolet on referral from Roadloans. Salesman Johnny Dallas assured me that he could get me financed on a used black GMC Terrain 2010. He called me TODAY and wanted me to come and complete paperwork on this vehicle (he bugs the *** out of you with numerous calls).

I narrow my decision down to this vehicle or wait till Feb. to finance a 2012 toyota thru my credit union.Son and I agree to go down to Buck's and fill out paperwork. Told son before we went that the salesman more than likely couldn't get me financed (teaching son about people).

GUESS WHAT? GET TO DEALERSHIP AND AUTO HAS A DEPOSIT ON IT!!! WANTED ME TO LOOK AT AN EQUINOX!!BAIT N SWITCH ??? U B THE JUDGE!

I LEAVE N CALL THE MANAGER/OWNER, DAN BUCK. HE TELLS ME HIS NEIGHBOR PUT A DEPOSIT ON IT AND HIS NEIGHBOR HAS FIRST PRECEDENT ON IT! ALL I WANTED WAS AN APOLOGY BUT DAN NEVER OFFERED THIS. I AM SOOOOOOOOO GLAD I DIDN'T GET A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!

This complaint review is useless. Reviews like these devalue the real reviews.

This complaint is idiotic and not that I am defending dealership tactics but there needs to be some kind of screening process to make sure the reviewer isn't warped. I can't believe reviews on any product or service anymore because guys like this one spread a warped perception of reality about everything they experience.

BUCK CHEVROLET SELLS VEHICLES ADVERTISED ONLINE WITH A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS. IF A CUSTOMER PUTS A DEPOSIT ON A VEHICLE IN STOCK, THAT VEHICLE IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE TO ANYONE TO PURCHASE.

THAT IS THE CASE HERE. WE DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY A CUSTOMER WOULD ADMIT TO HAVING SUCH BAD CREDIT THAT THEY "KNEW" THE DEALERSHIP COULDNT GET THEM APPROVED BUT DROVE TO THE DEALERSHIP ANYWAYS.....TO TEACH THEIR "SON A LESSON ABOUT PEOPLE"?????? WHAT LESSON??????...PEOPLE WITH BAD CREDIT CAN'T GET LOANS??????
