Service cancelled without notice
I have been using Bubble Boys Pool Care for about a year. The last time a technician was here was February 12, 2025 (3 weeks ago).
After numerous calls, emails & text messages I was told someone would be here on Sunday, March 2, 2025. Again, a no show. So, again I called and spoke with a young man who told me they had CANCELLED my service - prepaid service. No notice.
Now I have to find another pool service company & fight for a refund. I have never dealt with such a poorly run company.
If you're in Florida ~ DON'T USE BUBBLE BOYS POOL CARE. By the way, they have a 5 star rating.

Allow us to respond to your comment. As it was stated above, Bubble Boys Pool Care provided exceptional service of your pool for almost the entire year.
After loosing a technician, we notified you via email, that this could interrupt our services and tried our best to find a replacement. Our team has been very professional and respectful in resolving this issue. Unfortunately, we did not have a technician to cover your area. An additional email was sent to you, explaining that we are unable to continue services.
Refund has been issued few days prior of cancellation. An email was sent to you in the time of this transaction as well as confirming it over the phone call. Please allow few business days for it to process. !There is a great reason that we have a 5 star review.
Our customers are Happy with our services. As an example, we were One of the few, who were opened during both great storms last year, provided best services possible and stayed inside our schedule. No extra fees and no excuses for closed roads due to flood. It is unfortunate, that you view your experience with us this way.
However, We wanted to thank you for being our customer and wish you the best. We understand... But wanted to comment on this review, since there is a lot of made up sentences. If you are a new customer, feel welcome to contact us and witness the actual side of our way of doing business.
