Good afternoon. I was just at the Brick, New Jersey location.
I've been a customer here for a very long time, and I know the crew very well. Upon my arrival, I see two new faces who I'm not familiar with, which is fine. I was greeted properly. All I got was a burrito bowl.
I asked for chicken and steak; normally, I'm out of there under 20 bucks, give or take. I did get a drink and a bag of chips. My bill came to $38.00. I was charged $12.99 for hibachi steak that was less than a scoop and charged for extra grilled chicken, which I did not ask for.
If this is how customers are treated over here, I will gladly post a bad review.
Until then, I will not be back at this location, nor will my family. Please make this right.

My wife and I tried to visit your establishment here in Jacksonville, Florida, at the corner of Bay Meadows and Southside Boulevard. This was our first time visiting the location. When we walked in, there were three employees behind the counter: one young female and two middle-aged white males. The establishment was completely empty.
There was no one there but the employees. My wife and I walked to the counter, looked over the menu, held a conversation with each other, and no one acknowledged us. No one said, 'Welcome to Burrito' or anything like, 'How are you doing? How may we help you?' We finally just left, and no one still said anything to us.
I walked back into the establishment 3 to 4 minutes later and asked for the company's phone number. They were unable to give me or provide me with that information, so now I am sending this text asking for someone to give me a call back at 904-802-****. I just want you all to look over the video, mainly for training. We were there on Saturday, January 18, which was a Saturday, between 4:35 and 4:50.
If you pull the tape, you will see that the establishment is empty, and we were probably the only ones that showed up on there. You'll see a two middle-aged black couple coming into the establishment, and you'll see that no one speaks to us.

I ordered via DoorDash. When the Dasher arrived, the store was closed.
There was no indication on the website that the store was closed. In fact it said open I have also confirmed this with DoorDash itself.
Its very sad that the employees at the store so selfish they couldnt take two minutes to indicate that the store was closed.
I feel very sorry for the Dasher because they didnt unfortunately didnt get the tip of 4.50 that I had assigned..

Hi. I am a very loyal customer .my son and I order at least 4 times a month...
I am disappointed half the time. Tonight they forgot my daughters chicken. I called the restaurant and they proceeded to tell me "yes we noticed" I said "ok that's my daughters dinner I would like it" they said "all we can do is reimburse you" this is not ok. I asked how it was forgotten and was told that " I don't know it is hectic" now I'm usually understanding but this is happening everytime I order now.
It's not ok . The manager Carly does nothing to make it better. I order through the bubbakoo app because of the rewards.. but at least if I went through doordash they would reimburse me for your employees mistakes..
the chicken I DID receive was So dry and overcooked.

Hi. I was ordering today on the app while in the Oakland NJ location.
I'm at Legend level, and knew there were various discounts and deals available to me. After adding my food to the cart, I selected a $10 discount for 100 points.
I may have hit the wrong button to apply it, because it did not discount my purchase, and said the code (AAWHGV) was already used. It was not.
Is there a way to have my 100 points reinstated?
I was down to just 4 before purchasing my lunch.

I come in 1-2 times a week and the food is always fresh. Staff is friendly and curious. Healthy food and made to order with large portions -

Unless you return the food, you are NOT entitled to a full refund. They are not mistreating you, and if you are going to keep the food and ask for a full refund, I doubt they will miss you.
This place is assembly line, like Chipotle. You make selections and watch it be prepared.
