Bubba Gumps at Santa Monica Pier, CA
As we were visiting the Santa Monica Pier, we decided to get lunch at the ever so famous Bubba Gumps. Since we were only a party of 2, it only took about 5-10 minutes before the hostess seated us. Our waitress, named Laura ,stopped by our table to explain how to use the license plates. She did not return for another 15 minutes before taking our order. Our order was EXTREMELY SIMPLE; two waters, two clam chowders, and two house salads. 30 minutes after taking our order our waitress finally returned with our waters. After another hour passed by and still no food (even after using the license plate and nobody stopped) we finally had to walk out and leave. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!
