Charged for wrong amount
- - Waiter charged another customer's order to my card, $26 more than my bill.
- - I was told the amount would be fixed in three hours, but after 24 hours it's still incorrect.
We were a party of 10 and The waiter was giving my card along with the receipt and used my card for anothers person order which was 26 dollars more than my order and I was told the correct amount would be fixed and show up in my bank account in three hours. It is now 24 hours later and the amount still shows up incorrect.

As we were visiting the Santa Monica Pier, we decided to get lunch at the ever so famous Bubba Gumps. Since we were only a party of 2, it only took about 5-10 minutes before the hostess seated us.
Our waitress, named Laura ,stopped by our table to explain how to use the license plates. She did not return for another 15 minutes before taking our order. Our order was EXTREMELY SIMPLE; two waters, two clam chowders, and two house salads. 30 minutes after taking our order our waitress finally returned with our waters.
After another hour passed by and still no food (even after using the license plate and nobody stopped) we finally had to walk out and leave. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!
