My reviews explain everything. Your "so-called" customer service is non-existent and now you decline my direct debit deposits and my osko deposits when NAB submitted them.
You have ignored several tickets from me seeking a response as to what on earth is happening re. osko payments and when not so long ago my direct debits were credited within one day. Now they continually bounce back to NAB, who have authorized them. My first few tickets seeking an explanation were automatically acknowledged but then ignored, and now when I submit a ticket (STILL endeavouring to learn what on earth is going on at BTC Markets - are you about to collapse?), I don't even receive an automatic acknowledgement.
Your street address is shown on your website as 70-278 Church Street - 278 Church Street is an empty shop and 70 Church Street is a huge block of flats. I will now contact ASIC with regard to your appalling and inexcusable (or lack of) conduct and ask them to investigate your company.
