My checking account was hacked, closed, and a new number was assigned. For the last six months, despite many phone calls, I am still not covered.

Surprisingly, my wife is. When I ask to speak to a supervisor, I'm told they do not have that ability. It appears that no one cares. They lie and talk sweetly.

Their ads about being caring, compassionate, and helpful are bull manure. Most of these phone representatives work from home. I asked several of them, and they confirmed it.

Let me talk to someone capable of resolving my problem. I guess my only recourse is to hire a lawyer.
