Tracking for my Orders
- - Tried the 800 number, online chat, and email with no response.
- - Need tracking info for orders xxxx, xxxx, and xxxx; funds charged on 6/23.
I have tried the 800 number multiple times. I have tried online chat multiple times.
I have emailed CS multiple times. No one is responding. Ridiculously unprofessional.
I need tracking information on order# xxxx, xxxx, and xxxx. I placed the orders on 6/23, money came out of my account, and havent heard a thing since.

User's recommendation: I do not recommend ordering anything from bstock.com. I placed orders two weeks ago. They took the money out of my account right away. Other than that, I haven’t received any communications from anyone as to the status/tracking, etc. I’ve had called every number I can find online, but no one ever answers. Just keeps ringing or I get the disconnected noise. I tried their online chat. No agent ever came on. I’ve emailed three different email alias’ three times each with no response. Going to file claims with my bank right now for fraud.
