Return a damaged scope

I have the contender, 8x32 the scope would not go to 32 power and was stopping in 24. Today after shooting I seen the little lens floating around. I love this scope and have been a customer of BSA for 24 years. I really want the scope fixed. Please help me here.

User's recommendation: Always recommend the BSA to everyone I have built guns for. Ruger 10/22 and savage 17 HMR I always suggest these. I live in goffer prairie dog, fox coyote territory. Bsa has been my personal first choice over all the years.

I lost my records and files and forgot who is representing me in the BSA trial my name is Lawrence Walls. I lost connection with my lawyers can some one get me back on track

Red dot won’t work

I need my BSA red dot scope replaced, and I have tried and tried reaching someone to resolve this issue to no avail, now my hunting season is ruined and our season ends in one month. Id like to be able to go hunting and be able to depend on my BSA

Extremely passed and if problem isn't solved I may have to call better business bureau. I already had to settle for this site instead of the green and red dot site with multiple reticles.

Now this new one not working. It could be my site, I doubt it as my uncles site is clear and A perfect dot.

Just got my bsa red dot site. Problem is the dot is blurred can't get it to a regular dot. This is my 1st of your products I've ever owned. My uncle had one that was A red dot green dot and it showed as A solid color dot Is it focus able. Also I tryed it with my glasses on and off, adjusted power Also nothing works. Is it focus able. Please help me to resolve this issue. I got A new pellet pistol to try it on very uncomfortable that new sites not working or my eye site might not be compatible with this site.

User's recommendation: If you can check site at store, or one similar to the one your getting.

I was trying to get some information on my BSA silentium. But I can never get anyone to answer the phone. I would like to do some modifications to my rifle, and I was trying to find out if there was a bigger air tank available and what other options are available for me thank you
