Alarm System Gone Bad

Horrible customer service. I had an alarm system installed in my house about 12 years ago. They are very slow to respond for service. My alarm would beep for days on end because of an error. When I called to have it repaired, BS was always very slow to respond. I finally cancelled the monitoring, but when a key pad went bad, they refused to service the same system that they installed. DO NOT do business with these people. They are unreliable. I asked for the installer code to fix the problem myself, and they refused forcing me to buy a brand new system instead of fixing a very easy problem, which I was more than willing to pay for. They burned the bridge. Don't let it happen to you and go with a larger company like ADT for your home security needs.
