Bus didn’t turn up

Bus k59 5:55 bus didn’t turn up. On the timetable is says 5:55 I was there 15 mins early but no bus. This was yesterday 28/03/18

Waiting for the bus at woodhall spa....bus drove straight passed. Called customer services and the answer i got was the bus driver would of assumed you were waiting for stagecoach and if they stopped at every stop they wouldnt get anywhere. Its the drivers job to stop at the bus stop.

I found it very rude the service i recieved on the phone.
