Resolved: Health check before buying
- - Bought an expensive puppy with diarrhea.
- - Seller cited stress and deworming.
- - Puppy later diagnosed with Giardia.
- - Extra $500 in medical bills.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Apologies from breeder and taking care of bill
Was told stress and deworming caused. Turns out puppy had Giardia which she was supposedly given meds for in case she had it. I know of one or two other littermates whose new owners are fighting the same thing with their pups.
After paying top dollar for the pups having another 500 in medical bills and medicine is not acceptable. And you don't have 18 puppies in kennel, be usda licensed for breeding and not know something is wrong and not keep pups for another week and treat or not tell new owners there is a problem.the health of the puppies should be first not the quick sale.
Preferred solution: Asking for nothing. Just want future customers to use caution
